Add A Ball is a retro dive bar arcade with two floors of video arcade games and glorious old pinball machines. It’s worth visiting just to scope out the quirky decor, but you’ll also find quirky pins like Badcats, Party Animal, and Radical! For an adults-only bar serving up strong drinks, cheap beer, and pizza by the slice, these machines are beautifully maintained. Even the locals will tell you this place is very Seattle.

What was once the largest tin can factory in the country, Can Can Wonderland in St Paul, MN, also gives a nod to the French populist art movement, Can Can, with its artist-designed mini golf. On the “Boardwalk of Amusements,'' you'll find a variety of pinball and arcade games dating back to the 1920s. Hungry? They have over 40 video games from the '80s and '90s, pool tables, skee ball, and pinball machines. Their pinball collection includes 10+ current machines. They also hold pinball tournaments. The bar has over 20 taps of craft and domestic beers and ciders. Full Tilt Arcade and Pinball is an arcade for all ages. It offeres over 55 plus games, including skee ball. They offer about 20 pinball games. Full Title Arcade and Pinball is open Thursday - Sunday and offer snacks and a vareity of sodas. 

Pinball Land is a retro arcade with pinball and video arcade games. They have 20 pinball machines that range from the 1970s to new releases. They also have Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). Pinball Land does not have a bar or restaurant but has a small snack cafe. Games are set to free play with admission. Admission is $15 for the day, $7 for an hour, or $12 for two hours. 

Stonehedge Entertainment Center has it all: bowling, miniature golf (seasonal), new and nostalgic video games, and pinball machines. The pinball collection has some of the rarest machines. It includes Blacknight 3000, Stranger Things, and Willie Wonka. They also have a full-service bar, and "Kim's Grille" features pizza and other food. The Colorado Pinball Pub is the perfect if you like some Whisky with your pinball as they offer over 150 stellar whiskeys. For games, they have 28 pinball and classic arcade games. Game play is $15 per person per hour. Colorado Pinball Pub also has pinball league nights and monthly tournaments. Besides whisky, they also offer beer, ciders, and seltzers. They also have a menu that includes pizzas, calzones, and a variety of appetizers. You will always have a great time Sippin' and Flippin' at the Colorado Pinball Pub.

Timeline Arcade is the place to step back in time with over 300+ video arcade games and pinball machines. The overall selection of pinball machines includes both old and new games. They have retro decor and also have a pool table. They do allow BYOB after 7 pm. Timeline Arcade is $10 per hour and $5 for each additional hour. They do have a $25 all-day pass. Children are welcome but must have a parent present in the facility. 

I/O Arcade Bar is Madison, WI’s place for drinkers with a gaming problem. Located in a refurbished warehouse, this arcade bar bills itself as a place for “nerds of all kinds” with an 80's vibe reminiscent of Aladdin's Castle at the mall. I/O has a large selection of video and pinball games, including Deadpool and Godzilla Premium, all run on quarters, or choose from a library of board games. I/O is a 21+ venue but hosts all-ages hours every Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm.

The Arcade Bar is a 21+ bar that has games, drinks, and dancing. It consists of three stories of pinball machines, shooters, fighters, skee ball, and more video arcade games. They have two full-service bars and a patio for dancing to the jukebox or live DJs. The Arcade Bar has the 70s and 80s vibe with their throwback decore. 

Tilt Pinball is a pinball arcade with a wide range of new and vintage machines along with video games, pool tables, air hockey, and other unique games. They have over 50 arcade and pinball machines and host pinball leagues and tournaments. Tilt Pinball also offers a full bar with craft beers and an outstanding menu of healthy, upscale bar food and shareable plates. This place will definitely be worth your time. 

Tilted Arcade Bar in Jackson, Michigan, is a great place to bring a date and play old-school arcade games, pinball, pool, and foosball. Tilted offers a full bar and a nice little menu with tacos, nachos, and pretzels. Tilted feels like a friendly neighborhood bar with a laid-back atmosphere, reasonable prices and well-maintained arcade and pinball games. 

Arcade Monsters in Melbourne is the newest and largest Arcade Monsters location, with over 13,000 square feet. It has a restaurant, bar, pinball, pool tables, rhythm games, retro classic video arcade games, and driving, shooting, and fighting games. All games are on Free Play with one low price per person. The kitchen includes slushies, craft drinks, beer, and wine. 

Anastasia Island's Arcade Museum in St. Augustine, FL, is a cute little family friendly retro 80’s arcade open on the weekends to play pinball, classic video and mechanical arcade games. Play Medieval Madness, Monster Bash, Space Invaders, Star Wars, Tron and many more all you want for one low price. Try a craft soda and rock the vinyl jukebox while learning about arcade machines and one-of-a-kind cabinets like Screw Loose, designed by Tim Skelly in 1983 for Gottlieb/Mylstar and never released – You won’t play one anywhere else!

Pinballz Kingdom is a large arcade that features video arcade games and the top 25 best pinball machines. They also have VR, laser tag, bumper cars, and an escape room. Pinballz Kingdom also has multiple bars providing food and beverages with a full menu. Once you visit, you will see why Pinballz Arcade is ranked as one of the top things to do in Austin. 

The Basement Arcade Bar has classic '80s and '90s arcade video games, air hockey, plus pinball machines. The collection of 20 pinball machines does contain retro and current games. They do hold pinball tournaments and are family-friendly until 8 pm. Also, games are free to play with a $10 admission for adults and $5 for children. The Riverside Game Lab has a full bar and a small food menu. The Riverside Game Lab has at least one of every gaming experience so you never have to look far for what you want to play!

Arcade Odyssey is a top-rated arcade experience with recognizable classics like PacMan and asteroids, modern titles like Mario Kart and Dance Dance Revolution, extremely rare games like Meltdown and Aarr Technologies’ Jet-Ball and unique imported Japanese arcade games. A whole row of Candy cabinets keep the games fresh and the back of the arcade is a Lan Center PC setup where regular gaming tournaments take place. They also have domestic and imported beers, specialty drinks, and seltzers. 

Mission control is a barcade bringing the '80s back with style, video arcade games, and pinball machines. Their video game collection includes Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. For pinball machines, they have classic games, including Jurassic Park and Attack from Mars. Mission Control does have pinball tournaments. It is located on the 2nd floor of the McFadden Public Market and usually has a DJ playing awesome music. Children are allowed during the day but 21+ at 9 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. 

Peabody Heights Brewery in the Abell neighborhood of Baltimore is a locally owned brewer of excellent, independent craft beers. Their decor proudly represents the site’s roots as home to Terrapin Park from 1914-1944, a wooden stadium that hosted a variety of teams including the Negro American League Baltimore Elite Giants, Federal League Baltimore Terrapins, and minor league Baltimore Orioles. Next to their taproom you’ll find a small arcade with free video games and a pinball lineup including Godzilla, Deadpool, Ghostbusters, Demolition Man, and Swords of Fury.

The Flipside has your favorite pinball and arcade games. They have video arcade games, skee ball, and air hockey. In addition, they have about 20+ pinball machines, including the Addams Family, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, South Park, and Taxi. The Flipside is family-friendly and has a full bar with 90 spirits, local and craft beers on tap, frozen drinks, and non-stop free snacks. They are located in an old machine shop from the late 1940s, so they have a vintage yet modern industrial feel. They do not serve food, but sometimes there are food trucks, and they welcome outside food. Dogs are only allowed on the patio. Madcap Brew Co. has 15,000 square feet to have fun, play, and enjoy a great beer with friends and family. 

If you’re not afraid of clowns, you’ll love Shorty’s in Seattle, WA. Shorty’s is a whimsical, circus-themed pinball arcade featuring old school arcade games like Joust and Galaga, and a rotating lineup of pinball machines. Shorty’s is probably the only place in the world where it is acceptable to set a drink on a pinball table – the booth’s table, not the cabinet tables. Shorty’s serves a great hot dog and a full bar to anyone who’s over 21.

Cidercade Houston features over 275+ new and retro games. The variety of games includes classic, fighting, shooting, driving, sports, and pinball games. They have 15+ newer pinball games. Replay Lincoln Park in Chicago is the place to be for adult arcade fans who are looking for a night of fun and drinks with friends. World 1-1 Games in Santa Maria’s Town Center Mall is a California Central Coast hometown video game and pop culture store with impossible-to-find collectibles and an extensive arcade. They have a full bar with beer, ciders, and mixed drinks. The Coin Slot does not have food but has food trucks on a regular basis. They are 21+ after 9 pm.

GameCraft does not have a restaurant, but you may bring in outside food. They also hold bi-weekly pinball tournaments. 

Set in a church building built in 1890, The Playhouse is a trendy hangout in Rochester, NY right on the border of the Southwedge and Swillburg neighborhoods. The Playhouse has a full bar with craft cocktails, two floors full of vintage arcade games, and Swillburger, a modern take on American burger joints complete with vegan and gluten free options. Upstate Pinball and Arcade museum is a fun retro arcade experience with a diverse collection of pinball machines and video arcade games. Pinball machines range from the 1970s to today's games and retro consoles and classic arcades from the golden age of the arcades (1977-1987). You also can read about the history of the many pieces they have in the museum. They are open Wednesday - Saturday. It is $10 for all-day admission, no quarters are needed. 

Up-Down is the Nashville outpost of the Up-Down Arcade chain with other locations in Des Moines, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Oklahoma City. Popular barcade concept with pinball machines (15 on site), arcade machines, skee-ball, DDR, and other games that are fun to play while drinking with friends. Arcade Monsters is an arcade, bar, and restaurant with an anime and classic game theme. The Oviedo location has over 150 games and an anime-themed bar.
