Super Abari Game Bar in Charlotte, NC is a barcade with a portal to the past for adult “kids.” More than 90 arcade games are arranged around a display of screens playing 80s movies. The Asheville Pinball Museum is a great place to play pinball in Asheville, North Carolina. For only $15, you can play as many of their pinball machines as you want. They have over 30 machines from different eras, each with its own card with history and facts about the game. They also sell local craft beers, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Plus, the Asheville Pinball Museum features over 30 classic arcade video games, and they try to maintain a "games to people" ratio so that it's rarely too crowded.

One of three locations in metro Denver, The 1Up in Greenwood Village, CO features nearly 60 modern and classic arcade games, 30 pinball machines, five Skee-Ball lanes, and five basketball hoops. Located inside The Denver Tech Center, 1Up has custom murals, vintage posters and retro game memorabilia adorning the walls, a full bar with 20 taps, specialty cocktails and nostalgic throwback drinks, as well as a robust menu featuring burgers, tacos, and sandwiches. Pinball on Perry in Attica, IN, is a small arcade in a small town with a great selection of pinball machines and video arcade games, one air hockey table, and two skeeball ramps. Snacks and drinks are available. Join a pinball league or tournament.

1984 Branson Arcade is an 80s-themed arcade with video games, pinball machines, foosball, and air hockey. The pinball collection has a variety of games from the 1980s. The $10 admission fee allows you to play video arcade games, but pinball requires quarters. 

1up Arcade Bar in Colfax, Denver is a great gaming-focused destination for anyone looking for an exciting activity in the mile high city.

In the video game store, you’ll find consoles, accessories and perhaps every title of game ever published for sale. In the arcade, a two-tone neon paint job gives the space an 80’s vibe and the Kangaroo and Burger Time run on tokens. With over 20 pinball machines and 125 arcade games, Robot City may just be the biggest arcade in the state. 

Formerly a bank building, Pinball Paradise in McLean, IL is the companion to Arcadia Auctions (just steps away!) and houses a growing collection of pinball machines that are clearly a labor of love. Tucked in corners where pinball machines didn’t fit are a rare, professional quality Italian Foosball table made by FAS, a vintage 45rpm Bubbler jukebox for 25 cents per song, and a love tester and strength tester!

IronBlast's Game Zone in Washington, PA is a huge toy and gaming store with a full retro arcade. They have a large selection of arcade cabinets like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong and Street Fighter II and pinball games including 80’s and 90’s classics like Kiss, Robocop and The Simpsons Pinball Party. Games are set to free play and it is $10 to play all day. Ask about upcoming pinball tournaments! 

Flippin' Great Pinball in Tallahassee, FL, is a retro arcade in an old industrial area turned into an incredible arts district. Flippin features over 40 pinball and video arcade games for play by the hour or all day. Brand new machines like Deadpool are in the front or head toward the back to find electro-mechanical machines and old arcade classics like Donkey Kong and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There are snacks and drinks to tide you over while you have a Flippin’ Great time. 

8 Bit Arcade Bar in Renton, WA, is an awesome 80's vintage throwback arcade with iconic classic arcade games like Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong, as well as modern machines like Minecraft and Luigi’s Haunted Mansion, plus a rotating collection of pinball games. They also serve pizza, milkshakes, and cans of beer. 

Located in a quaint cottage, overlooking a beautiful, boulder-filled creek, Village Arcade in Pottstown, PA is an antique arcade with pinball from the 60’s and 70’s. All pinball machines are electromechanical and give you two games for a quarter. Be sure to bring some change, and why don’t you just try pressing play to see if anyone forgot to play their 2nd game? 

Free Play arcade in Arlington Texas has a lot of offer those looking for an exciting night out. With multiple regional locations, they have quickly become a favorite destination for DFW barcade goers. Their selection of vintage arcade games and 28 pinball machines will provide endless entertainment, plus visitors can indulge in cocktails, local draft beer on tap and a small menu of bites, sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. Southern New Hampshire Pinball Club is a non-profit social club in Nashua, New Hampshire dedicated to the enjoyment and preservation of pinball machines. Located in an old warehouse, these pinheads are eager to show you a flipping great time on games like Charlie’s Angels, Johnny Mnemonic, and NBA Fastbreak. Guests can make an appointment to play for a small fee or become a member to get 24/7 access to more than 20 machines and invitations to special events and tournaments.

Level One Bar + Arcade in Columbus, OH is an 80’s themed bar where arcade games are free if you’re drinking and pinball is only 50 cents. Level One is small and locally owned and serves up local craft beers and cocktails. Pinball includes games like Medieval Madness, Iron Maiden, Deadpool, Tales from the Crypt, and Banzai Run and are all well maintained. Bring a date or join a league!

Billy's Midway Arcade in Hawthorne, NJ is a love letter to all kids who rushed to the arcade after school to spend a tiny fortune. Wedgehead is a barcade in Portland Oregon that boasts an extensive rotating pinball collection. They keep around 20 games on location at any given time but have a selection of over 150 machines to rotate from. Games are set to free play with your admission fee, so you can play all day if you want (plus they allow ins and outs). If you're looking to compete, they host a casual weekly pinball tournament format called Howdy Pardner!

Unlike some of the other more popular arcades in Portland and elsewhere, Wedgehead focuses exclusively on pinball machines, so no video games or other arcade machines to district you from your intended purpose. They offer a food menu to go with your beverages that features items like burgers, sandwiches, burritos and shareable appetizers. Customers rave about the food and quality of the pinball machines at Wedgehead. If you love pinball and good food, Wedgehead is the place for you! Note - Wedghead becomes a 21+ adults only establishment after 6pm every night.

Bartari is retro-inspired and has a little something for everyone. It is part bar, part restaurant, and part arcade. They have over 40 video games from the '80s and '90s, pool tables, skee ball, and pinball machines. Their pinball collection includes 10+ current machines. They also hold pinball tournaments. The bar has over 20 taps of craft and domestic beers and ciders. They also have a wide selection of bottles and cans, wine, a full bar,  plus '80s and 90's inspired cocktails such as the Electric Smurf and Snoop Cooler. The restaurant is Gastropub cuisine with a focus on shareable dishes. Bartari is family-friendly until 9 pm. 

Pinball Land is a retro arcade with pinball and video arcade games. They have 20 pinball machines that range from the 1970s to new releases. They also have Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). Pinball Land does not have a bar or restaurant but has a small snack cafe. Games are set to free play with admission. Admission is $15 for the day, $7 for an hour, or $12 for two hours. 

Stonehedge Entertainment Center has it all: bowling, miniature golf (seasonal), new and nostalgic video games, and pinball machines. The pinball collection has some of the rarest machines. It includes Blacknight 3000, Stranger Things, and Willie Wonka. They also have a full-service bar, and "Kim's Grille" features pizza and other food. It is a perfect place for a family night out or a fun date night. 

Quarter-Up is a bar arcade space to play, eat, and drink. Quarter-Up has a collection of 78 games, including 18 pinball machines and a foosball table. They do have kid-friendly hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Quarter-Up also holds 21+ pinball tournaments. For food, they have a complete menu that includes appetizers, hot dogs, brats, sandwiches, and burgers. For drinks, they offer a full-service bar with craft beer. At Quarter-up, people of all ages enjoy the games and good food.

Houston? We have an enormous arcade. The Game Preserve NASA in Webster, TX, is a large space-themed retro arcade with a pay-one-price system and a ton of retro video games and a few pinball machines from the last 30 years. They also have a good selection of candy, light snacks, and drinks, but also allow you to bring food in or BYOB.

Cidercade Fort Worth is a barcade unlike any other! It's the Fort Worth addition to the small chain of craft cider-focused arcades with multiple locations throughout the state of Texas. Perfect for date nights, friend hangs, and any other occasion, Cidercade has a wide range of retro and modern arcade games along with 22 pinball machines on site. Not enough? They've got air hockey and pool tables too, plus Step Mania X (DDR style game) and shuffleboard. In the mood for something to munch on? Princess in another castle? You finally found it! Another Castle: Arcade Edition – a video game store and coin-op arcade with classic arcade and pinball machines in Edmonds, WA has all of Mario’s friends, plus classic arcade games, Japanese imported games, and a solid collection of classic and modern pinball. Another Castle is an old school arcade with a cooler full beer, soda, and a few snacks. Play some Dance Dance Revolution, Mrs. Pacman, or Super Mario Bros pinball and be sure to ask about tournaments. This is a great spot to bring the kids!

Flower City Arcade opened in Rochester, NY with favorite video arcade games from the 80’s including an assortment of Donkey Kong cabinets, PacMan and Ms PacMan, and Centipede, plus bubble hockey, darts, skeeball, and a nice lineup of pinball including Adams Family, Haunted House, Taxi, and Hercules, plus a few electromechanical pins set up outdoors. Games are all set to free play for $12 per person. Flower City was an arcade games distributor from 1940 until 1981, and this iteration of the family business is being revamped by the family’s third generation of arcade enthusiasts, Greg Grillo, who opened the arcade at the age of 20 and has been restoring the machines and improving the arcade since 2018. 

Timeline Arcade is the place to step back in time with over 300+ video arcade games and pinball machines. The overall selection of pinball machines includes both old and new games. They have retro decor and also have a pool table. They do allow BYOB after 7 pm. Timeline Arcade is $10 per hour and $5 for each additional hour. They do have a $25 all-day pass. Children are welcome but must have a parent present in the facility. 

I/O Arcade Bar is Madison, WI’s place for drinkers with a gaming problem. Located in a refurbished warehouse, this arcade bar bills itself as a place for “nerds of all kinds” with an 80's vibe reminiscent of Aladdin's Castle at the mall. I/O has a large selection of video and pinball games, including Deadpool and Godzilla Premium, all run on quarters, or choose from a library of board games. I/O is a 21+ venue but hosts all-ages hours every Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm.

The Arcade Bar is a 21+ bar that has games, drinks, and dancing. It consists of three stories of pinball machines, shooters, fighters, skee ball, and more video arcade games. They have two full-service bars and a patio for dancing to the jukebox or live DJs. The Arcade Bar has the 70s and 80s vibe with their throwback decore. 

Tilt Pinball is a pinball arcade with a wide range of new and vintage machines along with video games, pool tables, air hockey, and other unique games. They have over 50 arcade and pinball machines and host pinball leagues and tournaments. Tilt Pinball also offers a full bar with craft beers and an outstanding menu of healthy, upscale bar food and shareable plates. This place will definitely be worth your time. 

Cidercade Houston features over 275+ new and retro games. The variety of games includes classic, fighting, shooting, driving, sports, and pinball games. They have 15+ newer pinball games. Cidercade also has air hockey, ping pong tables, and skee ball. They offer unlimited play for $10. Of course, Cidercade offers a variety of hard ciders. They do not have food but often have food trucks. They are family-friendly during the day but 21+ after 8 pm. 

Arcade Monsters in Melbourne is the newest and largest Arcade Monsters location, with over 13,000 square feet. It has a restaurant, bar, pinball, pool tables, rhythm games, retro classic video arcade games, and driving, shooting, and fighting games. All games are on Free Play with one low price per person. The kitchen includes slushies, craft drinks, beer, and wine. 

Anastasia Island's Arcade Museum in St. Augustine, FL, is a cute little family friendly retro 80’s arcade open on the weekends to play pinball, classic video and mechanical arcade games. Play Medieval Madness, Monster Bash, Space Invaders, Star Wars, Tron and many more all you want for one low price. Try a craft soda and rock the vinyl jukebox while learning about arcade machines and one-of-a-kind cabinets like Screw Loose, designed by Tim Skelly in 1983 for Gottlieb/Mylstar and never released – You won’t play one anywhere else!

The Basement Arcade Bar has classic '80s and '90s arcade video games, air hockey, plus pinball machines. The collection of 20 pinball machines does contain retro and current games. They do hold pinball tournaments and are family-friendly until 8 pm. Also, games are free to play with a $10 admission for adults and $5 for children. The Basement Arcade Bar offers a full bar, including cider, craft, domestic, and imports. They do not serve food but have snacks in a vending machine and are close to restaurants. 

The Riverside Game Lab is the perfect combination of both classic and modern arcades, pinball, and virtual reality under one roof. They have six Virtual Reality booths and an Immersive Virtual Reality room. For the pinball player, they have about 20 games and tournaments. They also have the following types of arcade games: classic, retro, fight, rhythm (including DDR), sports, racing, and shooting.  They also offer e-sports tournaments with casual and competitive gamers! The Riverside Game Lab has a full bar and a small food menu. The Riverside Game Lab has at least one of every gaming experience so you never have to look far for what you want to play!

Arcade Odyssey is a top-rated arcade experience with recognizable classics like PacMan and asteroids, modern titles like Mario Kart and Dance Dance Revolution, extremely rare games like Meltdown and Aarr Technologies’ Jet-Ball and unique imported Japanese arcade games. A whole row of Candy cabinets keep the games fresh and the back of the arcade is a Lan Center PC setup where regular gaming tournaments take place. Pinball machines here range from 90’s to the latest popular themes. Odyssey also serves craft beer, ciders, and imported beers, Japanese sodas and sakes. Everything at Odyssey but the bar runs on tokens.

They also have domestic and imported beers, specialty drinks, and seltzers. 

Mission control is a barcade bringing the '80s back with style, video arcade games, and pinball machines. Their video game collection includes Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. For pinball machines, they have classic games, including Jurassic Park and Attack from Mars. Mission Control does have pinball tournaments. It is located on the 2nd floor of the McFadden Public Market and usually has a DJ playing awesome music. Children are allowed during the day but 21+ at 9 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. 

The Flipside has your favorite pinball and arcade games. They have video arcade games, skee ball, and air hockey. In addition, they have about 20+ pinball machines, including the Addams Family, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, South Park, and Taxi. The Flipside is family-friendly and has a full bar with 90 spirits, local and craft beers on tap, frozen drinks, and non-stop free snacks. They are currently closed on Wednesdays for private events.
