The game features characters from previous Bally machines, including "Party Animal," "Elvira and the Party Monsters," and "Dr. Dude and His Excellent Ray," all converging at the Cosmic Cottage for a party. The machine incorporates unique elements like an animated Captain B. Zarr head that follows the ball, a Dancing Dummy, and a Supersonic Robotic Comic​.
